Wendy Cofran, CHSP

Wendy Cofran is the Chief Information Officer of Excelerations, a division of CHSI.  Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.  Ms. Cofran is an implementation specialist who has designed new networks as well as enhancements to mixed network environments to promote security and ensure room for future growth.  Wendy is a Certified HIPAA Security Professional with extensive experience in systems management, software vendor evaluation, software and hardware contract evaluation and review and business process analysis, especially at the home health care level.  She most recently completed a twelve-month implementation of a web based medical software system with seventy-five mobile pen tablet users.  She served as president of a national users group where she recommended software enhancements to a leading medical software provider, offered technical advice for home health agencies and submitted group requests for software change to the groups' medical software vendor.  

Wendy utilizes her network and business experience to provide total solutions that are specific to each individual client. 

Norma Mendilian, CPA

Norma (Kassis) Mendilian is the Director of Finance and Accounting of Excelerations, a division of CHSI.  Norma received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from Assumption College.  Norma is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.  Norma services a wide variety of businesses and nonprofit organizations and has over 13 years of experience in financial management consulting, auditing and accounting. Norma works with senior management as a business advisor to, develop operating and capital budgets, and to evaluate and implement accounting systems.  Norma also acts as the Chief Financial Officer for many organizations on a contract basis.  Norma develops practical solutions for implementing increased internal controls and procedures for protection of client assets. 

 Norma  is experienced in managing teams of professionals handling a multitude of projects.  She utilizes the latest in technology in converting clients from manual to automated functions of accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, billing and payroll applications.  Norma also provides training to clients’ personnel in order for them to have a good understanding of their job functions and to meet the management and financial reporting requirements of nonprofit organizations.
