LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION  

Excelerations, Inc., a Massachusetts business corporation, (the “Corporation”) has been dissolved, effective February 28, 2005.  Any person with a claim against the Corporation must send a statement of the claim, including the name and address of the claimant and the amount believed to be owed, to 209 West Central Street, Suite 315, Natick, MA 01760, Att’n.: Judith Boyko.  If no claim is received by the Corporation before February 28, 2008, the assets from which the claim will be satisfied are limited to the assets retained by the Corporation, plus any assets distributed to the Corporation’s shareholders before March 1, 2008.
