·   Manage consultancy projects, including the support and supervision of other consultants or vendors involved in project.

·   Assist in Disaster Recovery planning and plan execution.

·   Make recommendations regarding improving the technical efficiencies of the client.

·   Configure workstations, mobile computing devices, Internet protocols, and client software

·  Configure install and manage all LAN/WAN equipment including hubs, routers, firewalls, VPN and wireless connections.

·   Responsible for obtaining hardware/software, equipment and service quotes from vendors for approval by client.

·   We provide hardware/software contract review for our clients.  

·   Provide support via telephone as necessary.

·   Maintain, install, and configure information system peripheral devices (e.g. printers, consoles, desktop computers, mobile computers.)

·   Administration of file servers including users, applications, backups, printing, Internet protocols, and client software. (small businesses only)

·   Assist with maintenance, installation, and configuration of technology equipment, including hardware repair and software configuration/re-installation.
